Back when I worked agency side, I would be super overwhelmed with no clarity on what we were doing for clients on a month by month basis.

Retainers were sold willy nilly, with no set plan of deliverables. The goal was just to stay in profit.

This all changed when we productised.

We put clients into certain ‘tracks’ as a jumping off point for deliverables and internal hours.

We allowed for tolerance and flexibility on the ‘tracks’ as the clients needed it. For example technical fixes, or extra time on content optimisation.

Everything was tracked in one mega spreadsheet.

This gave me huge clarity as I could plan the month’s resources and actions. I could see exactly how much gross profit per client we were making.

It was scalable and easy, and I’m sharing that template with you today.
